The hotel had maintained a good standard of cleanliness and the location was quite nice. the swimming pools and kids area were attractive, particularly the Tropicana which was quite warm as mentioned by others. the breakfast was good along with the lunch offered, consisting of pastries and snacks in the morning. the room was above average in appearance and space, but the curtains offered much-needed protection from the sun.

The staff at reception appeared disinterested and rude on our arrival.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience! The location is perfect, with easy access to various shops and commercial services nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I especially loved the soundproofed rooms, which allowed me to have a peaceful and uninterrupted night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent room service and ensuring that everything was spotlessly clean.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The breakfast was really good and included a lunch snack, so we didn't have to worry about eating out during the day. We also really appreciated the warm and comfortable swimming pools, especially the one for kids. we had a relaxing time.

Sadly, one staff member at reception was not very welcoming on arrival, which was a disappointment. The dinner was too fancy for our liking and the portions were small.
